A result of the PhD mental health symposium, organized in January 2018, is the collective wisdom guide on PhD wellbeing. This guide was assembled from the more than 90 responses of attendees. Participants were asked to answer to two questions:
- how they keep themselves happy in the PhD, and
- what they need from the university to improve their wellbeing.
It took some time to go through all the post-its, but in the end we could make this guide!
